1. Digital products & licence

Purchased PDFs are licensed to you personally for exam preparation. Each file is watermarked with your name, email and transaction ID. Re-selling, re-uploading, or distributing files — publicly or privately — is prohibited and may lead to revocation of access and legal action.

2. Downloads

Download links are time-limited and capped by attempt count. If a link expires, contact support for a free refresh. We may revoke links in cases of abuse or refund.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your card or banking credentials. Pricing shown at checkout is final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Accuracy

We verify papers and answer keys with care, but boards occasionally revise official keys. Content is provided for preparation purposes without warranty of official endorsement.PassNest is not affiliated with CBSE or any state examination board.

5. Acceptable use

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, attempting to bypass download protections, or abusing coupons is prohibited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
