Refund Policy

All products sold on PassNest are digital goods (PDF question papers) delivered instantly after payment. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, refunds are limited to the situations below.

Eligible for a full refund

• Payment was charged but no download link was delivered on screen or by email within 24 hours.
• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• The downloaded file is corrupt or materially different from its description, and we cannot supply a corrected file within 48 hours.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after successful download.
• Purchasing the wrong paper when the title, year and paper type were clearly stated.
• Expired download links after the validity window (we will refresh links free of charge instead).

How to request

Email support@passnest.in within 7 days of purchase with your order number and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
